A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu at California Culinary Academy, Paul has worked at some of the Bay Area’s finest restaurants and several top wineries throughout Northern California. His wealth of experience spanning both the culinary and wine fields makes him a perfect educator for our food and wine pairings.
