Winemaker
Position Requirements
Master's degree in Enology or a related field, plus two years' experience as a Winemaker, Assistant Winemaker, or equivalent experience. Will accept Bachelor's degree plus five years of progressive work experience in lieu of Master's degree and two years' experience. The work experience and/or the Master's degree coursework and/or project work must include one year performing wine laboratory chemical analyses, one year working with or setting up concrete tank fermentation, one year managing barrel fermentation, and at least three vintages of Sauvignon Blanc development. Experience may be gained concurrently and may be gained prior to completion of Master's degree. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
